Non passa giorno che l'Afghanistan non \u00e8 macchiata di sangue a causa dei terroristi di attacchi, esplosioni e i conflitti tra i guerriglieri Talebani e truppe governative.\u00a0<\/strong>La guerra \u00e8 come un'ombra scura che va di pari passo con la vita quotidiana delle persone, che caratterizzano il loro ritmo, i tempi e le aspettative<\/strong>. L'Afghanistan \u00e8 un paese molto povero, la cui economia \u00e8 basata sulla produzione di oppiacei per l'esportazione, che rappresenta il 13% del PIL nazionale. Dopo decenni di guerra e di devastazione, il sistema sanitario \u00e8 completamente usurato e l'accesso all'assistenza sanitaria \u00e8 diventato un privilegio per pochi; c'\u00e8 carenza di strutture e farmaci, in particolare nelle regioni pi\u00f9 colpite dalla violenza. La presenza di organizzazioni umanitarie che fa la differenza per la popolazione. Questo reportage \u00e8 stato girato da\u00a0Luca Catalano Gonzaga<\/strong>\u00a0nel mese di aprile 2016\u00a0Mazar-i-Sharif<\/strong>. Considerata l'attuale porta nord dell'Afghanistan, questa citt\u00e0 si trova al crocevia del percorso che prende il Turkmenistan, l'Uzbekistan e il Tagikistan o in Asia Centrale e la Russia. Questa posizione strategica\u00a0rende un nodo per il traffico di droga che ha una grande influenza sulla politica e militare, i rapporti<\/strong>. Anche in citt\u00e0, l'uso di droghe pesanti \u00e8 molto diffuso, circa 2.000 tossicodipendenti soddisfare al Parwazah Balch (la porta di Parwazah) e utilizzare shishah, il cristallo e l'eroina, che iniettano in strada.
