These portraits have been taken by\u00a0Luca Catalano Gonzaga<\/strong>\u00a0in Nassiriya (Iraq); they mainly depict\u00a0women and children, victims of facial and body deformities due to burns caused by domestic accidents or unexploded ordnance<\/strong>, placed on a waiting list to be submitted to delicate plastic surgery interventions, by\u00a0NGO Emergenza Sorrisi<\/a>.
