The coronavirus emergency, the worrying phenomenon of climate change and the unique beauty of the nature of our territory, is causing a rapid change with the repopulation of small towns and an escape from the cities towards the countryside, with environmental sustainability in the background. Hence the idea of \u200b\u200b<strong>Luca Catalano Gonzaga<\/strong>, through the \u201c<strong>Gonzaga Real Estate<\/strong>\u201d, which aims to enhance beauty, sustainability and environmental protection. This initiative aims to develop a\u00a0<strong>consultancy, short-term rental management and real estate brokerage activity for rentals and sale of villas, rural houses and land, throughout the Italian territory,<\/strong>\u00a0through the direct professional activity of Luca Catalano Gonzaga<strong>,<\/strong>\u00a0aimed at managing exclusive and successful relationships with large landowners. \u201cWe are often focused on looking for splendid places to visit abroad and we do not realize that Italy offers beauties that the whole world envies us. Through my photojournalist activity I have had the opportunity to visit more than 40 countries throughout the world but the historical, cultural and natural beauty of Italy remains unique in its kind. Our beautiful country can boast as many as 49 UNESCO World Heritage Sites, more than any other nation in the world.
